Worked great working for BC Parks in Canada

I have gone through many headlamps in my time with BC parks. I have to say this one takes the cake in terms of build quality and brightness of light relative to battery life. I have had headlamps that are great on the shelf but after an hour or so of use the light strength diminishes. The Spot hangs on that much longer to give you a strong beam for longer. Plus the waterproof casing is a savior in the huge downpours we can have in the BC interior.

You don't need anything more

BD headtorches have been my favourites for a while now, i've owned the Storm and Revolt recently, and have a unfortunate habit of looping them over a tree branch/Bibb track bunk frame and leaving them there (you're welcome whoever found them). The Spot has had an awesome upgrade for 2016, now packing 200 lumens and with far better waterproofing, so i just can't see why you'd pay the extra bucks for a Storm nowadays.
