HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Shopping online shouldn’t be hard. There are 3 simple steps to get you the gear you want.
1. Find the product you want.
We have divided our product range into four distinct categories – Outdoor, Paddle, Snow and Clearance. By clicking on one of these categories you will find all the products related to that genre. Each category has been further divided into sub-categories, which are listed along the left hand side of the page. These sub-categories will help narrow down your search so you can find what you want faster.
Once on the category page you can further sort your search by selecting the category, brand and gender using the horizontal drop down boxes located underneath the 4 category tabs.If you know what product you want, you can use the Search function located in the top right hand corner of every page to find it.To get more information on each product simply click on the image. This will bring up further details and possible colour options for the product along with what sizes are available.
2. Adding products to your shopping cart
Once you have found what you are after, the next step is simple! Click on the product you want, select the colour/size (if applicable) then click "Add to Cart". By doing this the item will be added to your shopping cart.
Once in your Shopping Cart you can change the quantity of items or remove an item if you decide you don’t want to purchase it.
If you wish to continue browsing or want to buy other items, click Continue Shopping located near the bottom right hand side of the page. From here you can continue to browse our site and search for other items. To get back into your shopping cart from any of our product pages simply click on the View Cart button located underneath the four category tabs. It is important that you view your cart and double check that the items you have added are correct along with the quantities, colours and sizes for each item.
3. Checkout
When you have added what you want to your Shopping Cart you are ready to checkout. Going to the Checkout can be done two ways – click on the “Go to Checkout” button located at the bottom of your shopping cart or by clicking the “CHECKOUT” button located underneath the four category tabs on our product pages.
The Checkout stage is divided into four parts:
1. Customer Login
2. Shipping and Billing
3. Review of your Cart and Payment
4. Confirmation of your order
1. Customer Login
Once you have clicked on ‘Go to Checkout’ you will need to login in order to proceed with your order. If you have shopped online with Mainpeak before or you are a Club Member you can login as an ‘Existing Customer’.
If you are a new shopper with Mainpeak online you will need to login as a ‘New Customer’. Simply create a user name and password.
2. Shipping and billing/delivery
Select the shipping option you require and enter in your billing/delivery address. The details will be automatically saved so when you shop with us in the future you won’t have to fill them out again. Once all details are complete click ‘Next’.

3. Review of your cart and Payment
View your cart summary and enter in your credit card details. Please double check that the card number and expiry date you enter are correct. Entering in incorrect card details will slow the processing of your order. To complete the order click ‘Finish’.
4. Confirmation of your order
Once your order is complete an order confirmation will be email to you. You can check the status of your order by logging into My Account and clicking on ‘My Order’
