TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking your Mainpeak order is easy, you can find the information you need by logging into your account through our website. Once logged in your order status will appear as one of the following.
Awaiting Picking and Packing
Your order will be at this status if you have ordered an item that is out of stock, or if we are waiting for a stock transfer to come in from one of our retail stores. You will be notified by email if your order is going to be delayed.
Order Being Picked and Packed
Your order is in the process of being collected and packed.
Payment Processed
Your credit card or direct debit payment has been received.
Awaiting Payment
This status will only occur if your credit card is declined, or if we are waiting for a direct debit transfer to occur. If this happens you will be contacted and asked to provide an alternate payment method.
Order Despatched
All orders with this status have been completed and shipped. Along with this status you will also find the relevant shipping information for your order, such as despatch date, courier used and tracking number.
We will also send you an email containing a link to the relevant courier's website where you can follow the progress of your order using the included tracking number.
Sometimes these emails can be flagged as spam, so if you have not received your shipping confirmation email please check your junk or spam boxes to make sure it hasn't wound up there.
