Sometimes we may be out of stock of an item even though we are showing it as available on our website. If this is the case with an item on your order, a sales representative will notify you of the issue via email or phone. You will be asked whether you are interested in waiting for the product to come in, informed of alternate items that are similar to the one you originally ordered or asked what activities you’ll be using the item for so that we can help you find other suitable options. Your card will not be billed, or your order processed until we have been able to confirm these details with you.
