RETURNS POLICY


Mainpeak understands that it can sometimes be hard making purchase decisions online. If you’re not completely happy with the product you have purchased you are welcome to return it to us here in Cottesloe, WA within 30 days of the original purchase. We will be happy to exchange it for a different size or even a completely different product. If you simply can’t find another item that interests you, we will instead offer you a credit or refund. Some conditions apply.

  • In the interests of safety, we can not accept returns of any climbing, rope sports or safety gear. This includes ropes, harnesses, carabiners and helmets.
  • Return of any special order merchandise is at our discretion, and subject to restocking charges.
  • All returned merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging including all swing tags.
  • All online order returns must be received by us within 30 calendar days of the date of shipping on your invoice.
  • Sale items are subject to a 14 day return (from shipping date) policy - without exception.
  • All Clearance Items are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Underwear and swimwear, such as bikinis, cannot be exchanged due to health and hygiene regulations.
  • Mainpeak holds the right to reject any returns that don’t adhere to our returns policy.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM


Returning an item to us is simple. Just follow these 4 steps.

  1. Contact us via email (weborders@mainpeak.com.au) or phone (08-6103 4544) and let us know that you want to make a return. Please provide your order number and your reason for returning the item.
  2. You will be given a Return Authorisation number and a form which must be completed and included with your return (returns which don’t include a Return Authorisation number and form will not be accepted).
  3. Post the item back to us via Registered Post making sure to include all paperwork.
  4. You will be contacted once the returned item has reached us.
