SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

MAY SHIPPING PROMOTION

*Our May Free Express Shipping promotion is not valid for bulky items (see below) or for orders shipping outside of Australia.
 

Free & Standard Shipping (4–6 Business Days)

Standard shipping starts from $7.50
To qualify for Free Shipping the total value of products ordered must be over $75. Orders that do not qualify for Free Shipping will automatically be charged a Standard Shipping fee provided they meet the following criteria.

  • The delivery address must be within Australia
  • The item must weigh less than 5kg and not be considered bulky (see below)


Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days)
 
Starts from $12.50
If our Express Shipping option has been selected then your order will automatically be charged an Express Shipping fee provided it meets the following criteria.

  • The delivery address must be within Australia
  • The item must weigh less than 5kg and not be considered bulky (see below)


Bulky Items (5–10 Business Days)
 
Bulky items or items that weigh more than 5kg will incur an additional shipping fee. These can include items such as rucksacks, snowboards, paddles and boats. Please note that we are not able to display this additional shipping fee within your order confirmation as each item requires a manual quotation from our courier company. If your order should incur any additional fees, you will be contacted by a sales representative and notified of the cost before we process your order, or charge your card.

Some examples of additional charges can be found below. Please note these estimates are for standard shipping only, express shipping will significantly increase these costs.

  • Snowboards, snowboard bags and luggage: $15
  • Backpacks over 40 litres: $15
  • Kayak trolleys and paddles: $20
  • Kayaks and boats: $80–$250 (sometimes higher in regional areas)


International Shipping

Starts from $20.00
Orders placed with an international billing address will receive a base shipping fee of $20. Once an order has been placed, our sales staff will contact you via email with a quote for shipping the item to your location. Shipping is calculated on the destination address and size and weight of an order.

Please note:  There are some brands that we are unable to ship internationally. Please also be advised we no longer accept orders from INDONESIA or SINGAPORE. We are unable to ship packages to business addresses in NEW ZEALAND.



Authority to Leave Without Signature

By default your order requires a signature for delivery.  If no one is at the delivery address at time of delivery, your order will be taken to an Australian Post sorting centre and will be forwarded to your closest Post Office. From here a notification card will be sent out to you to inform you which post office to go to. This process may take a couple of days.

If you have selected true for this option then the courier will not require a signature to leave your order at the delivery address. By selecting this option Mainpeak cannot be held responsible for your order once it has been delivered. In the case that your order goes missing no claims can be made against Mainpeak so please use this option at your own risk.
