GOLD CLASS MEMBERSHIP

The Gold Class membership status is a new concept introduced at the beginning of 2012 to recognise those members who consistently shop at Mainpeak.  Having Gold Class status entitles those to additional benefits that are not available to other Mainpeak members or customers. These benefits include:

  • Monthly 'Gold Club Alerts' emails, which contain voucher deals, discount offers and freebies;
  • Free express* shipping within Australia on all online orders, regardless of the order total (excludes kayak purchases);
  • Invitation-only wine and cheese evenings in-store;
  • Early notifications on upcoming sales; and
  • More announcements to come soon!

* Items classified as 'bulky' will still be shipped free of charge for Gold Class members, however express delivery cannot be guaranteed.
 

HOW TO ATTAIN GOLD CLASS STATUS

Mainpeak Members will be eligible to be upgraded to Gold Class when they meet one of the following criteria:

  • Purchase $2000 or more within a twelve month period; or
  • Make 4 or more separate transactions within a twelve month period (with the accumulated spend amount over $1000).

The 'twelve month period' is calculated from the date of the first purchase.  Member purchase / transaction records will be assessed by Mainpeak Admin monthly and those members who have qualified for Gold Class membership will be notified by email.  Once a member is reclassified as having Gold Class status, this status will be valid for 2 years (calculated from the month the member was upgraded).  In order to retain Gold Class status, the member must spend $2000 or more prior to this expiry date.
