We have divided our product range into three (3) discrete sections which are identifed by a unique colour - Outdoor, Paddle or Snow. Each section contains details of products that relate to it (some products can appear in one or more sections). Within the required section products are divided into categories and subcatgories. Clicking a category will display any available subcategories in the left pane and will display an image view of ALL products within that category in the right pane. You can click on the required subcategory to display products within that subcategory or select a product image from the right hand product pane. Up to nine (9) product images will be displayed per page - scrolling through the pages is provided by links at the bottom of the page. When you find the required product, simply click on the image or description/price. A new right hand pane image will be displayed showing a larger product image with more information about the product. If you would like to buy the product, you can purchase directly online by selecting colour and size (if applicable) and adding the item to your shopping cart/basket by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button. Products can be selected from any of the product sections (Outdoor, Paddle and Snow) by clicking on the coloured links offered on each page. When you have selected the products you wish to purchase, go to the checkout page to view your shopping cart and finalise your sale. You will be able to remove products from the cart or change the quantity of products required. Once you have checked your purchases proceed to the "Checkout' where you can enter your details and securely pay for your purchases. Mainpeak accepts Visa and Mastercard and uses a secure server so your personal details are not at risk. A confirmation of your sale will be displayed on the screen and an email will be sent to the email address that your have provided to confirm your purchase.

Discount Vouchers
If you have been given a promotional voucher code to receive a discount on purchases from Mainpeak online, you should enter the voucher code in the Voucher Code box on the View Cart page as part of the Checkout process. The promotional voucher will detail the conditions that apply in order for any discounts to apply. Ensure you understand what the individual conditions mean or call us at Mainpeak if you seek clarification.

Freight and Delivery - online sales
Please note that for online web sales, freight charges will be calculated as part of the sale total as per the following shedule.
- Spend under $50: Shipping $7*
- Spend $50 or more: Shipping FREE*
- Express shipping: $15*
- International orders: $20*
- All watercraft, snowboards & paddles: These items may incur an extra shipping cost due to their bulky size.
- *If the item you have ordered is over 5kg or bulky, an additional shipping charge may be incurred.
Most small orders will be dispatched air mail or air bag, while larger items will be shipped road freight. Most orders should be received within 5-10 days of dispatch if you live in or near and Australian major city. If you have an urgent requirement, select the Express Post option which will take up to 3 days.
Please Note:
Some bulky items may incur extra charges. Paddlecraft will incur higher charges - we will advise prior to dispatch. Mainpeak will contact you with a firm freight quotation prior to the goods being picked and dispatched. Upon your acceptance of the freight costs this value will be billed to your credit card.

Our policy is to give the best service AND the best price. If you find a price better than ours, please call. We will nearly always better or match any advertised price.

Sizes
Please include your regular sizes when ordering footwear and clothing. If you are stating a shoe size, please also include whether it is UK (Aust), US, or European as these differ. For further clarification please see our International sizing chart within our Footwear catalogue section or call one of our stores to discuss this with our staff.

Returns
In the interests of safety, we will not accept returns of any rope, webbing, or climbing hardware, notwithstanding statutory obligations:
All mail and online order returns must be received by us within 30 calendar days of the date of shipping on your invoice. This still allows ample time to evaluate equipment or clothing in your own home. Please note: Purchases made in one of our stores must be returned within 7 calendar days.
Before returning any item you must call us for a Return Authorisation Number. Fill out the Return Authorisation Form, attach it to a copy of your invoice, and send the insured package back to the original store of sale.
All returned merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging including all swing tags.
Please note that freight charges are consumed at the time of invoice, and cannot be refunded. Used merchandise returned for inspection or repair must be laundered for health and safety reasons. Return of any special order merchandise is at our discretion, and subject to restocking charges.

Sale items
From time to time, special merchandise offers may become available. To qualify for merchandise and prices offered, your order must be made in reliance of the specific offer. i.e. you must mention the offer to qualify for it. Sale items are subject to a 14 day return (from shipping date) policy - without exception. Please also be aware that sale items are subject to availability and may not be in stock at the time of web purchase.

Delays, stock outs, and back orders
Sometimes it is not possible to ship your order straight away. If we cannot ship part or all of your order within 14 days of receipt of order, we will notify you with an estimated ship date. You may choose to wait for the product to become available, substitute it for another product, or cancel any backorders for a full refund of the backordered value.
