WORLD CHAMPION TO TACKLE MAINPEAK MULTISPORT

World champion multisport athlete, New Zealander Richard Ussher, has confirmed that he will compete in the new Mainpeak Multisport when it races through Western Australia’s Swan and Avon Valleys on Sunday 25 September, 2011.

LIMITED EDITION MARK SHEEN PHOTO PRINTS FOR SALE


Born in 1976 in South Perth, Mark Sheen is a keen mountaineer and has climbed many of the worlds tallest peaks including Denali, Everest, Aconcagua, Elbrus, K2 and most recently Kilimanjaro.

In 2007, Mark became the first Western Australian born person to summit Mount Everest when he reached the peak on June 5th just before sunrise.

The first limited edition A3 sized photo print was taken by Mark during his fated K2 expedition and depicts one of natures amazing Lenticular cloud formations over the summit. The second print is of the early morning shadow of Mount Everest looming over the Himalayan mountain range. Both prints are valued at $25 and are available to purchase by following the links below.
