We Aim to Impress

We hate waiting for orders to arrive when we shop online so our aim is to impress you with our lightning fast flat-rate delivery options. As a general rule the delivery times outlined below are the maximum you can expect so don't be surprised if your order shows up much sooner! If your order doesn't arrive when you thought it would let us know and we'll do something about it.

Click & Collect

You can select to pick up your order from our Cottesloe or Perth City stores free of charge. Once an order is ready to collect we will send you a Ready for Collection email. We aim to complete orders within 48 hours (business days) however it can take a little longer to complete some orders as stock may need to come from our warehouse or suppliers. The person who placed the order normally needs to collect it.  Photo ID and a copy of the order confirmation or invoice must be shown at the time of pick up. If you would like someone else to collect your order on your behalf please call or email us with the person's details.

STANDARD Shipping (< 7 Business Days) = $9

OR FREE  (see below for conditions) if order value is over $99

  • To qualify for FREE Shipping the total value of products ordered must be over $99
  • Orders that do not qualify for FREE shipping will be charged a $9 shipping fee
  • The delivery address must be within Australia
  • The item must weigh less than 5kg and not be considered bulky (see below)
  • Delivery times are for metro areas only (but are usually accurate Australia-wide)

EXPRESS Shipping (< 3 Business Days) = $14

  • The delivery address must be within Australia
  • The item must weigh less than 5kg and not be considered bulky (see below)
  • Delivery times are for metro areas only (but are usually accurate Australia-wide)
  • 48 hours is otherwise defined as two business days (i.e. not public holidays, or weekends)

Bulky Items (< 10 Business Days) = $17 ($15 for paddles)

Bulky items or products that weigh more than 5kg and/or do not fit in a satchel will incur an increased delivery schedule as they must be sent using a road freight service. These can include items such as rucksacks and paddles. Bulky items will be sent with Startrack Road Express and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

Most bulky items incur a flat $17 bulky shipping charge, however we ship some bulky items FREE. Some VERY bulky items (such as kayaks) fall into our POA (Price on application) category.

Paddles

If your order includes a paddle, and the order total is less than $200, you'll be charged a $15 paddle shipping surcharge.  If your order total is more than $200 your paddle ships for free!

Snowboards, snowboard boots and bindings all ship free in Australia!

POA Items (< 10 Business Days)

Products labelled as Price on Application (POA), will be provided a shipment price once we've received a freight quotation for your specific location. Any shipment fees will be additional to the purchase price of the goods and will be billed in a separate transaction.  You will be contacted by our customer service team with a delivery cost and schedule after you place your order.

P.O. Boxes & Private Bags (< 10 Business Days)

Deliveries to P.O. Boxes, Locked or Private Bags or other non-standard, business or residential addresses can take extra time to deliver as the goods are freighted using our alternative freight provider.

International Shipping (2 - 4 Weeks)

Orders placed with an international shipping address will be subject to shipping fees based on the destination and will be calculated and displayed during checkout. 

Please also note:

  • We do not ship items with the following brands to addresses outside Australia: THE NORTH FACE, MERRELL, ICEBREAKER, PATAGONIA, BURTON, OUTDOOR RESEARCH, SEA TO SUMMIT, MSR, BLACK DIAMOND, RIPCURL, SUUNTO
  • We do not ship packages to business addresses in NEW ZEALAND
  • We do not ship to INDONESIA, MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE

International Customs and other charges

Some orders delivered to addresses outside Australia may incur a customs or import duty charges.  Mainpeak has no control over these charges and we are generally unable to advise what they will be, because they are established in the receiving country.  For further information, please contact your local customs office.  All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.  Orders cannot be returned to sender and Mainpeak will not pay these customs duties, charges or taxes on your behalf.  If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Mainpeak will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.  We will not mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. Please see the list of excluded destinations above.

Delivery

The delivery times provided by Mainpeak are estimates only.  Mainpeak Pty Ltd will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.  In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available.  All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.  

Change of Address

The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.  In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only made until the order begins processing. Mainpeak cannot accommodate all address change requests, but we’ll try.

Mainpeak takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

Authority to Leave Without Signature

If you have selected true for this option then our freight provider will not require a signature to leave your order at the delivery address. By selecting this option Mainpeak cannot be held responsible for your order once it has been delivered. In the case that your order goes missing no claims can be made against Mainpeak so please use this option at your own risk. Orders containing snowboards require a signature on delivery. If ATL is selected on an order containing a snowbaord we will call you to let you know that this option isn't available for your purchase.
